Job Description
We’re seeking a hands-on Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to design and build low-code business applications that help our clients work smarter.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create elegant, scalable solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse. You’ll have the opportunity to see your work go live, be recognized for your impact, and grow with a firm that values people over process.
Location & Work Environment
This role offers a flexible, hybrid work model. Team members may work from home, on-site with clients, or from our office in Regina, Saskatchewan. While much of our work is delivered remotely, some client-facing activities—such as workshops, planning sessions, or implementation milestones—may require in-person participation depending on the engagement.
We're Growing
We have multiple roles opening across our Power Platform team in the months ahead. If this posting aligns with your expertise, even if the timing isn't perfect, we still encourage you to apply or reach out. We're always happy to connect with strong candidates early!
Requirements
You’re a technically skilled problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and enjoys turning requirements into working solutions. You bring:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools in production environments
- Expertise in Power Pages, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, app design patterns, connectors, and role-based security
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with Power Fx, custom connectors, JSON, and REST APIs is a plus
- Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain Government of Canada personnel security screening clearance
Responsibilities
You'll take ownership of building, refining, and supporting Power Platform solutions that deliver measurable value. Specifically, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Pages, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Create and manage workflows and process automations in Power Automate
- Build and publish dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Participate in solution planning, estimation, testing, and support cycles
